How does the onboarding process work?
Before we agree to work together, you’ll receive a Discovery Form - this helps me understand your brand, your goals, and the level of support you need. It also gives us both a chance to see if we’re the right fit.
Once we decide to move forward, onboarding typically takes around 7 days. You’ll receive a Welcome Pack and client portal access, and by Day 7, I’ll be creating your personalised content calendar ready for your approval. Scheduling begins from Day 14.
What platforms do you manage?
I primarily manage Instagram and Facebook, but support is also available for Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn depending on your goals and package.
Do I need to have content ready to work with you?
Nope! Whether you have a full photo bank or you're starting from scratch, I can guide you on what to create or manage content creation for you as part of your package.
When will my posts be scheduled?
Your first content calendar will be ready by Day 14 of onboarding. Once approved, I begin scheduling from Day 15 onward. After that, posts are usually scheduled 7-10 days in advance.
Can I review the content before it’s posted?
Yes! You’ll always be able to review your posts before they go live - either via your HQ or shared content calendar.
How often do you post for me?
Most clients choose 3-5 posts per week, depending on what’s included in your package. We’ll decide what’s best for your brand during your discovery process.
How much do your services cost?
Packages start at £300/month. If your needs fall outside a standard package, I also offer tailor-made options to fit your goals and budget.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes - all management services have a 3-month minimum. This allows time to build strategy, monitor performance, and generate real results.
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent via email, and you’ll also receive a direct payment link for easy checkout. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

Do I get regular updates?
Yes - you’ll receive updates through your Personal Hub HQ, and monthly check-in calls are included in most packages to keep everything aligned and flowing.
